Public Offer and Sales Terms
Terms for buying ART BEAUTY products: ordering, confirmation, payment, delivery and buyer rights.
1. Parties
The seller is ART BEAUTY INDUSTRY LTD (Ukrainian registered name: ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "АРТ Б'ЮТІ ІНДАСТРІ"), EDRPOU company code 39816929. Registered address: Apartment 8, building 11, Azerbaidzhanskyi Passage, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, 61124, Ukraine. The buyer is a person with legal capacity purchasing for personal, non-business purposes. Wholesale and partnership purchases require separate terms. This offer applies to products available to order at artbeautybio.com once this document becomes effective.
2. Products and pre-purchase information
The contract covers the selected goods and agreed quantities. Before submitting, review characteristics, size, ingredients, precautions, unit price, discount, total, payment and delivery. You can correct your bag before submission. Orders use current catalogue prices; a manager confirms availability of the requested quantity at the warehouse before dispatch. If that quantity is unavailable, we will ask you to agree a change or cancel without charging you.
3. Placing an order
Registration is optional. The buyer enters contact details, selects delivery and payment, checks the summary and accepts the displayed sales terms. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Submission produces an order number and an email acknowledging the request. That email alone does not confirm payment, shipment or completion of a stock check.
4. Contract formation
Where all essential terms are final and displayed before submission, pressing the confirmation button accepts the offer and the contract is formed when the seller receives acceptance. If an essential term is expressly subject to confirmation, the form is a request: the seller supplies final terms and the buyer explicitly accepts them in a reproducible form. Silence is not consent. Changes to price, items, delivery or other agreed terms require renewed agreement, not unilateral substitution.
5. Order price
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and are final consumer prices for the goods, including mandatory taxes where applicable. With the 2 + 1 offer, every two paid full-size products qualify for one chosen gift: face serum 15 ml, eye serum 15 ml, face emulsion 15 ml or face mask 30 ml. Identical products qualify. Two products earn one gift and four earn two. Small volumes and gifts do not earn additional gifts. Small volumes can be bought separately at the listed price or chosen for 0 UAH as a qualifying gift. A gift is added for 0 UAH after the customer selects it. Reducing the paid quantity removes excess gifts without converting them to paid products. No automatic second-item discount applies. A valid promotion code applies to paid products subject to its validity and usage limits. Gifts count towards the total item quantity but do not increase the free-delivery qualifying amount. The amount due is shown before submission. For a product amount due of UAH 3,000 or more after the applied discount, ART BEAUTY pays for Nova Poshta delivery within Ukraine: delivery is free for the buyer. This applies to available branches, parcel lockers and courier delivery. Below that amount, the recipient pays the carrier’s delivery rate separately from the product total. The recipient pays the cash-on-delivery transfer fee, including when delivery is free; that fee is not included in the product total. The rate depends on parcel parameters, route and the carrier’s and payment partner’s rules. This free-delivery offer does not apply to shipments outside Ukraine. Unagreed charges are not added.
6. Payment methods
Cash on delivery through Nova Poshta is available: pay for the goods on receipt under the carrier’s and payment partner’s rules. A locker may require payment in the carrier’s app before the compartment opens. Submitting an order on this website does not charge you. Bank transfer, LiqPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not yet available on the website. Do not follow unofficial payment instructions.
7. Delivery and receipt
Delivery is only within Ukraine through Nova Poshta: to an available branch, parcel locker or by courier. Eligibility depends on the destination, parcel parameters and carrier rules. Dispatch and expected arrival times are communicated when the order is agreed; absent another agreement, the statutory period applies. Accidental loss risk is not shifted to the buyer before actual handover unless the law provides otherwise.
8. Cancellation, quality and returns
To cancel or amend an address, provide the order number as early as possible. Email info@artbeautybio.com or call +380 99 527 64 77. After dispatch, statutory distance-selling and return rules apply; no automatic penalty is imposed for making a request. Rules for proper-quality cosmetics do not remove remedies for defects, unsafe goods, damage or fulfilment errors. The Returns and Exchanges page explains claims and refunds.
9. Records and legal rights
The buyer receives confirmation of agreed terms and the appropriate transaction document where required by law. A CRM “paid” status is not a substitute for that document. The accepted terms version is retained for the order. Ukrainian is the primary text and English is its translation; a discrepancy is not a waiver of statutory rights. Disputes may be raised with support, the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, or a court. Force majeure is assessed under law and does not automatically remove refund obligations.
