Payment and Delivery

1. Available payment methods
Cash on delivery through Nova Poshta is available: pay for the goods on receipt under the carrier’s and payment partner’s rules. A locker may require payment in the carrier’s app before the compartment opens. Submitting an order on this website does not charge you. Bank transfer, LiqPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not yet available on the website. Do not follow unofficial payment instructions.
2. Cash on delivery
Goods are paid for on receipt under Nova Poshta’s and its payment partner’s rules. The recipient pays the cash-on-delivery transfer fee separately, even when delivery is free; the delivery payment rules appear below. Known costs are disclosed before final order agreement. Collection availability, payment options and inspection depend on the branch, locker or courier service selected. Inspection before payment at a parcel locker is not promised where the carrier does not offer it.
3. Transfer to the company account
Bank transfer is not yet available. Current orders use cash on delivery. This website does not provide bank-transfer instructions; do not transfer money to unrelated cards.
4. Delivery destinations
New orders use Nova Poshta only, within Ukraine: branch, parcel locker or courier. Ukrposhta is not used. Select a destination and pickup point from the available directory, or enter a complete courier address. A listed point does not guarantee acceptance of every parcel: availability, dimensions, weight and restrictions are checked before confirmation. If delivery is unavailable, an alternative or cancellation is agreed rather than substituting your selection.
5. Cost and timing
For a product amount due of UAH 3,000 or more after the applied discount, ART BEAUTY pays for Nova Poshta delivery within Ukraine: delivery is free for the buyer. This applies to available branches, parcel lockers and courier delivery. Below that amount, the recipient pays the carrier’s delivery rate separately from the product total. The recipient pays the cash-on-delivery transfer fee, including when delivery is free; that fee is not included in the product total. The rate depends on parcel parameters, route and the carrier’s and payment partner’s rules. This free-delivery offer does not apply to shipments outside Ukraine. Dispatch and estimated arrival are communicated before final agreement. Without a different agreement, the statutory delivery period applies. Delays or unavailable items require notification and agreement on next steps, including cancellation and any refund due.
6. Receipt and support
Where the service permits, inspect packaging and contents on receipt. Record visible damage with the carrier where possible; hidden defects can still be reported after receipt within legal limits. The appropriate transaction document is provided according to the payment model and law. Quantity discount and promo codes
With the 2 + 1 offer, every two paid full-size products qualify for one chosen gift: face serum 15 ml, eye serum 15 ml, face emulsion 15 ml or face mask 30 ml. Identical products qualify. Two products earn one gift and four earn two. Small volumes and gifts do not earn additional gifts. Small volumes can be bought separately at the listed price or chosen for 0 UAH as a qualifying gift. A gift is added for 0 UAH after the customer selects it. Reducing the paid quantity removes excess gifts without converting them to paid products. No automatic second-item discount applies. A valid promotion code applies to paid products subject to its validity and usage limits. Gifts count towards the total item quantity but do not increase the free-delivery qualifying amount. The amount due is shown before submission.
