Returns and Exchanges
How to report an issue, when an exchange or return is available, and how refunds work.
1. Contact the seller
Email info@artbeautybio.com or call +380 99 527 64 77. Include the order number, product, issue and remedy requested. Where possible, attach photographs of the item, label and package, and proof of purchase or details allowing us to locate the order. Absence of an unboxing video does not by itself remove your right to make a claim. Seller: ART BEAUTY INDUSTRY LTD, EDRPOU 39816929.
2. Changed your mind? Return an unopened product
ART BEAUTY offers a voluntary return of unopened products within 14 calendar days after receipt. Notify support within that period. The item must be unused and complete, with its seals, labels and protective packaging intact. This is an additional store benefit for proper-quality cosmetics, not a statement that statutory exceptions do not exist. A discount alone does not remove return eligibility. Defective or incorrectly supplied items follow the separate rules below, without an unopened-packaging requirement.
3. Withdrawal from a distance contract
Mandatory rights to withdraw from a distance contract, consequences of missing information, exceptions, periods and costs are governed by applicable Ukrainian law. Our additional voluntary 14-calendar-day unopened-product return also applies as described above. Do not use a product after deciding to return it and preserve its packaging and completeness where possible; these conditions do not limit defect claims.
4. Defects, damage or an incorrect item
Restrictions for proper-quality cosmetics do not remove remedies for non-conforming goods. Manufacturing defects, unsafe products, damage, missing items or incorrect fulfilment give rise to statutory remedies, including a price reduction, replacement or cancellation and refund where the legal grounds are met. Stop using a product if a safety issue arises. The seller may arrange a justified quality examination without requiring a waiver of your rights.
5. Return shipping
Agree the recipient, destination and shipping method with support so the parcel reaches the responsible person. The registered address, Apartment 8, building 11, Azerbaidzhanskyi Passage, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, 61124, Ukraine, is for identification and written correspondence, not an announced warehouse address. For a voluntary return of a proper-quality unopened item, the buyer pays return shipping unless the applicable law provides otherwise. For a confirmed seller error or non-conformity, the seller bears necessary costs as required by law; other grounds follow the applicable statutory rule. Logistics coordination is not permission without which you lose the right to submit a timely claim.
6. Refunds
For a voluntary return of a proper-quality unopened item, we refund the amount actually paid for it, accounting for any discount, within 7 calendar days after receiving the return. If your claim has a different mandatory statutory deadline, that deadline applies and is not extended by internal review. We agree the refund method with the buyer, taking account of the original payment. We request only details needed for the refund, never a PIN, CVV/CVC or banking password.
7. Rights and applicable law
Written enquiries may be sent to the seller’s registered address; support is available at info@artbeautybio.com and +380 99 527 64 77. A decision may be challenged before the consumer-protection authority or a court. Applicable Ukrainian rules and transitional provisions govern each claim. These terms do not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
